How does our waitlist work?

  • At our barbershop, we understand that your time is valuable. That's why we've revolutionised the waiting game with our walk-in service enhanced by a virtual (online) waitlist.

    No more spending extended periods waiting in-store. Instead, you gain the flexibility to control your day, knowing you're in the queue while using your time more effectively at work, home or gym.

    Our approach ensures you get the best of both worlds: Experience barbering that truly respects and priorities your schedule.

  • The waitlist is a system we’ve put in place to manage and ensure a timely service for our customers.

    Think of it as a virtual line-up with the added benefit of no longer having to it idle in the store for the duration;

    • Upon joining you’ll receive a SMS to the number you’ve provided giving you an estimated wait time along with a link that can be used to manage your booking.

    • A second text is sent when your spot is approaching (called up the service before you), we recommend making your way in-store by this time to avoid delays.

    If you are running late, we will take the next available (who’s present) and hold your place for 20 minutes,

    • You may receive an additional message if you are not present at the time of calling your name, we please ask kindly to notify us of your intentions within 20 minutes from this text otherwise your spot allocation may be removed to keep the shop flow moving.

    We recommend checking the waitlist or joining early to secure a spot, as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • You’re able to join the waitlist directly from our Website, socials and google pages.
    - A tablet can also be found on our reception desk for in-store joining.

  • It opens (online) 30 minutes before each day's opening and will close once it reaches its capacity based on the current time and services already booked in.

  • No, as the waitlist is a rolling-queue we are unable to take bookings for the following day or specific time slots.

  • If you aren’t able to select a specific barber it’s likely they’re at capacity for the rest of the day or not available.

    Please check throughout the day as there may be a cancellation or an available spot later.
