  • URBANO operates primarily as a walk-in barbershop, enhanced by our live queue system.

    You can secure your place without waiting in-store — simply join the queue, track your position in real time and we’ll text you when it’s nearly your turn.

  • Think of it as a virtual line that lets you wait from anywhere.

    1. Join the queue via our Book Page and select your service and preferred barber.

    2. Receive a confirmation SMS with a live tracking link.

    3. When your turn approaches, we’ll send an estimated arrival window.

    4. We hold your spot for five minutes once ready before moving to the next client.

    Tip: Selecting the correcting service keeps wait times accurate for everyone.

  • The queue opens 30 minutes before our doors so each day and closes once capacity is reached.

    Each day operates independently, and spots are first-come, first-served.

  • Our queue operates on a same-day system.

    We don’t schedule future time slots through the queue — simply join when the displayed wait time suits your schedule.

  • If a barber isn’t available, they’re may be:

    • At capacity.

    • Off that day.

    All URBANO barbers uphold the same commitment to precision and quality.

  • Priority appointments are available to active and existing clients of specific barbers only.

    All other services operate via the Online Queue System to maintain flexibility and fairness.

  • We send a notification as your turn approaches.

    if you’re not present within five minutes of being called, we’ll move to the next client to keep the day running smoothly.

    You’re welcome to rejoin the queue at anytime.

    • The Online Queue is same-day only.

    • Wait times may vary depending on service length or delays, or cancellations.

    • The final services of the day begin approximately 20 minutes before closing.

    • For returning clients joining with a new mobile number, please let us know so we can link your client history.

    • The queue may be at capacity or not yet open.
