Urbano operates primarily as a walk-in barbershop, enhanced by our Online Queue system.
This digital system allows you to secure your spot without waiting around in-store — giving you the freedom to manage your time while still keeping your place in line.
Simply join the Online Queue, track your position in real time, and we’ll text you when it’s nearly your turn.
It’s barbering that respects your time.

Think of it as a virtual line-up that lets you wait from anywhere.
Here’s how it works:
Join our Online Queue on the book now page, selecting your services, preferred barber, full name and mobile number.
You’ll receive a confirmation text message with a live link to track your place in line.
When your turn is approaching, we’ll text again with an estimated wait time so you can start heading in.
If you’re not present when we’re ready, we’ll hold your spot for up to 5 minutes before moving to the next client — to keep things flowing smoothly for everyone.
✅ Tip: Make sure you select the correct service when joining to keep estimated wait times accurate.

Or in-store using the tablet at our reception desk.
Once you’ve joined, you’ll immediately receive an SMS confirmation with your live link.

The Online Queue opens 30 minutes before our doors each day and closes once it reaches capacity.
Each day’s queue resets when we open — so spots are first-come, first-served.

Our Online Queue operates as a rolling same-day system, meaning we don’t take future bookings or specific time slots.
It’s built to give you flexibility — simply join when the wait time displayed aligns with your schedule.

If a barber isn’t showing as available, they’re likely:
Already at capacity for the day, or
Off that day.
You can check back later for cancellations or open slots.
Every Urbano barber delivers the same commitment to precision and quality — so whichever chair you sit in, you’re in expert hands.

Yes — but only for returning clients of specific barbers.
All other services operate via the Online Queue.
This ensures both same-day availability and flexibility for our clients while allowing returning customers to plan ahead when eligible.

We’ll always send a text notification when it’s nearly your turn.
If you’re not in-store when we’re ready, we’ll hold your spot for five minutes before serving the next available client.
If you arrive after that window, simply rejoin the Online Queue — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The Online Queue is same-day only.
Wait times can vary depending on service type, client delays, or cancellations.
The final service of the day starts around 20 minutes before closing.
For returning clients joining with a new mobile number, please let us know so we can link your client history correctly.

To maintain the highest service quality, some barbers’ books may be temporarily closed to new or inactive clients.
If your preferred barber isn’t available, you’ll automatically be assigned to First Available.
